Carla Russell of Rooted in Love Paintings will instruct participants to create their own unique Valentine’s Day – inspired painting to take home. Tickets are $30.00 per person and include costs of instruction and all materials. Tickets can be purchased at the Town Hall during office hours (cash only, please).
